Sri Sri Tapovan 2 is a BMRDA (KPA)–approved plotted layout. All development follows the sanctioned plan and applicable norms.
Standard sizes include 30×40, 30×50, 40×60, plus limited larger/odd-size, corner, and park-facing plots.

Yes. A time-bound hold can be placed with a booking amount and KYC. The hold period and amount depend on plot category and policy at the time of booking.
On request, the team shares a due-diligence set which typically includes: BMRDA approval letter, sanctioned layout plan, title/mother deed extracts, encumbrance certificate, khata details (as applicable), and a draft sale deed.
Generally yes, with leading banks/HFCs, subject to your eligibility and lender’s internal appraisal. We can coordinate introductions on request.

Parks and a children’s play area are part of the plan. A clubhouse zone is earmarked (provision per sanctioned plan and phasing).
A residents’ association/maintenance agency typically manages common services. Charges are shared proportionately and finalized closer to handover/occupancy.
Standard layout/build guidelines apply (setbacks, heights, drainage connections, etc.) as per local bylaws and approvals. There’s usually no compulsory construction timeline unless specified by the association. Consult your architect and the sales team for current norms.
